Our Herbs
A good herb can turn a simple meal into something memorable, and it's hard to beat one that was cut a few hours ago. Our herbs are grown right here in Liverpool, Texas, in garden beds, raised beds, containers and harvested at peak flavor.
Grown for the Gulf Coast. Our summers are hot and humid and our winters are mild, so we grow what thrives here and time our plantings to the seasons. In the cooler months, we grow cilantro, parsley, dill, chives, and fennel. When the heat arrives, the stars are basil, lemongrass, Mexican mint marigold (a Texas favorite that tastes like tarragon), and Italian oregano. Hardy year-round performers like rosemary, thyme, oregano, mint, and lemon balm keep the shelves stocked no matter the month.
Fresh, dried, or ready to plant. Depending on the season, we offer fresh cut bunches, dried herbs and blends, live starter plants for your own garden.
How we grow. We grow our herbs using organic practices without synthetic pesticides, feed the soil with compost from our own homestead, and harvest by hand. Herbs are best when they aren't rushed, and it shows in the aroma.
